Join us in celebrating our students virtue practice. This full school weekly closing ceremony is one of the rituals that mark our communities celebration of  struggle, virtue practice, and the challenge of learning. 

Each week we will post the locations of our students.

This month we will have two grade level meetings and two mixed grade level meetings based on students last class of the day. To know where to go for the appropriate ceremony you will need to know your students' block 6 class.

Please contact the office for help in finding the appropriate ceremony.

Ms. Gordon & Ms. Flower Lead:
Rec Center -English 6 with Ms. Flower; Mr. Fountain, History 8; Physical Education 6 with Ms. Gordon; Creative Writing 7 with Mr. McCurry

Ms. Campos & Mr. Mikaele Lead:
Labyrinth - Ms. Campos, Science 8; Math 6 with Ms. Chen; History 7 with Ms. Farris; Mr. Mikaele joining

Announcements:

• Tonight is the school dance - how do we maintain the innocence, happiness, playfulness, and joy of our community at the dance?
  
  • How do our dances represent our culture? Students who have been share out. 
• Next Tuesday and Wednesday is picture day - don't be sick. Free dress. 
• Next Friday is Virtueen (not Monday the technical day of Halloween)

General celebrations: 

• Teachers share the virtue practice they have seen this week. 
• Great 6th grade conferences - how did it make 6th graders feel? How did it support their self-advocacy and reflectiveness?
