If applications exceed available space, a lottery will be held. Each application received during the open application window will be entered into the lottery. Names will be randomly chosen until all available spots are filled. Remaining names will be chosen for the waiting list. Applicants need not be present. 

All applicants will be notified within two weeks of their placement.
