All applications that are turned in by today will be entered into admission into the public lottery. 

Because we have more students who wish to attend IVA than we have space available, a lottery must be held to determine admission. Please note that if you are a sibling of a student currently enrolled at IVA, you are exempt from the lottery and you automatically have a spot at IVA. This year’s lottery will take place Thursday, April 10, 2014, at 7:00pm on the Intellectual Virtues Academy campus. You do not need to be present at the lottery event. All applicants will have their name randomly drawn, and spots will be filled until all grades are full. Those students who have their names drawn after all the open admission slots for their grade level have been filled will be placed on an admissions waiting list for that grade in the order that they were drawn. You will be notified of the lottery results in writing by April 20, 2014. All students whose names are drawn for an available spot will receive a registration packet by mail. All registration materials are due to IVA by May 23, 2014. If IVA does not receive your registration materials by May 23, your spot may be given to the next applicant on the waiting list. 

Any applications turned in after March 21st will be entered onto the waiting list after the names that will be drawn on the night of the lottery event.
