Catherine is a Vietnamese-American educator who has taught for seven years in Irvine, California; Biển Hoa, Vietnam; and Oakland, California. She holds a Bachelor of Arts in English & Education from UC Irvine and a Master’s in Education from Brandman University. Catherine is passionate about helping all students thrive in and out of the classroom. As a yoga teacher and fellow of the Resilient Mindful Learner program, she seeks to help students develop intellectual character, grit, and compassion for themselves and others. Catherine believes the arts play a critical role in helping students blossom into wonderful humans.
