Join us in celebrating our students virtue practice. This full school weekly closing ceremony is one of the rituals that mark our communities celebration of  struggle, virtue practice, and the challenge of learning. 

Each week we will post the locations of our students.

Please contact the office for help in finding the appropriate ceremony. 

This week's ceremony locations:

6th grade: Rec Center - English 6 with Ms. Flower; Physical Education 6 with Ms. Gordon; Math 6 with Ms. Chen  - Ms. Flower Leads
7th grade: Plaza - Mr. McCurry with Creative Writing History 7 with Ms. Farris - Ms. Bryant Leads
8th grade: Labyrinth - Ms. Campos, Science 8 and Mr. Fountain, History 8 - Ms. Campos/Mr. Fountain Lead

• Nov. 12 work day - clear out juniper bushes and build tables!!

• November 18 Faculty Academy - no school
• Thanksgiving Holiday week

General celebrations: 

• Teachers share the virtue practice they have seen - if there is time teachers can shout out their colleagues!
• 9 weeks into the school year - set of habits are getting established.
