IVA Dances are the best! Our students, teachers and their families, and chaperones have the most fun running around, singing to each other, and dancing!! This is not one of those boy ask girl or stand awkwardly on the sides of the gym kind of dance. These are the innocent and fun school events!

Make sure you can come to the first dance of the year. 

While students are dancing with chaperones and staff - take yourselves over across the street to the Petroleum Club for a Parent Night Out! Our families have so much in common in making a courageous choice to attend a new charter school! Come and talk with other parents about how it is going? What they wonder and how to survive the 6th grade year in particular with all the changes from elementary to middle school. Come and get support and enjoy yourselves while your kids are supervised at the dance.

The dance "ends" at 9:00pm but we turn on the lights and ask all students to help clean up so that we can close the building at 9pm. We would love your help coming over at the end of the dance with your kiddo to make sure everything is cleaned up nicely. Thank you for your support!
